Do you suffer from not having enough time in your day to accomplish your daily activities? Do you never find enough time to organize weekly assignments? Do you have the feeling that you’re not getting done enough on the end of every month, then here are;

4 Self- management strategies to manage your priorities better and hit your targets faster!

Setting deadlines for everything!

Include all your big and small activities like; setting a time for conducting meetings, a time for writing emails, a time for reading and answering your social media, a time for exercise, a time for prayer and meditation, a time for reading, a time for the family and having fun etc..

Writing down plans for the month!

If you want to get stuff done you need to write things down, its that simple! It's not enough to have it all in your head and to write it out at the moment that you actually need it. When you really want it to be effective you have to write it down in a diary, or by using an app, a spreadsheet or note path.

Formation of habits!

This one is based on the previous ones!

It's important to set a specific day and time in the week for creating your social media content, for writing blog articles, email campaigns, account management, learning, coaching and mentoring etc.

In order to be successful you have to plan and write it down for a very specific time, and a every specific week day. This will help you to create a habit from this overtime!

The habit will become an integral part of your daily and weekly routines and practices and it will ensure that you get it right everytime and all the time without failure!

So when you start building habits, and then stack on top of that 1st (new) habit, another one, and another one, and another one, until you have made these habits part of your lifestyle.

You will recognize that these new habits will become the norm and standard! It only takes 21 days to build a new habit! So stacking habits for every 21 days could generate four complete new sky rocking habits every 3 months!

Batching and merging!

A lot of one of tasks are delayed for quite some time and can often not be batched and merged together under the same theme and get completed at one and the same specific time.

But, if we try to do all of these one of tasks one after the other in a specific time we can actually get them done in a very short time, since there’s a clear deadline and we could get following benefits;

Staying focussed as you can only concentrate on one task at a time. Safe time, as the law of parkinson (e.g. ‘work contracts to fit in the time we give it!’) kicks in and you’ll actually get all these scattered tasks done in a short amount of time. Manage goals and opportunities, because you get actual things done and achieved tasks equals value creation and that means money earned.
